Guarantee period of 1 year* after the purchasing date. (*greater warranty periods can be purchased)
During the warrantly we will offer free-of-charge service if any breakdown of our products occur through normal* operation. (*as directed in the users manual.)
A. This warrantly does NOT acover the cost of:
1. Faulty products caused by accident, fire, water or improper/mis-handling.
2. Repairs to parts of the systems cause by un-authorised modifications made.
3. Damage caused by bugs, insects or vermin.
4. Data-loss causey by powerloss or product failure.
5. Any consequential loss due to product failure.
6. Damage/Repairs done by anyonre other than authorised Aclas service persons or from the use of anything other than genuine Aclas Spare Parts.
7. Failure to maintain the product as per the User Manual's instructions.
8. Damage caused by power outages, electrical power surges or improper supply voltage via the connection to the Supply Authority mains or alternative supply systems.
B. All freight and shipping charges including for all warranty returns are to be paid by the clients. All freight charges donot include any insureance, Aclas Pty Ltd doesn' t take any responsibility for any loss or damage of equipment inccured during transportation.
C. All equipment remains property of Aclas Pty Ltd untill paid in full. All collection fee's and legas fees occur on collecting unpaid amount will be at the customer's cost. Intrest may be applied for outstanding debts.
D. All our products are non-refundable. This warranty offers cover for fault repair and replacement claims only.
